Last night I went out with a group of friends for dinner. I knew that it was going to be hot so that ruled trousers out - that and the fact that they tend to have a waistband which I really could have done without. Also, being the wimp that I am, it's not often that it's warm enough for me to go out in a summer dress without the need for extra layers and so I took full advantage of the balmy summer evening. Having had such a great time last night I now feel fully rejuvenated in one sense but also a little bit worse for wear around the edges!
